PROJECT SUMMARY:
As part of the annual Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention, the industry recognizes outstanding performers in the Canadian and international mineral exploration and mining industry for their achievements and overall excellence.

The prestigious Awards Gala is a celebration to acknowledge exceptional contributors in up to seven categories, based on the nominations of individuals and companies by their peers and following the recommendations of the association’s Awards Committee. This committee is made up of a diverse group of experts who are leaders in many professions offered by the mineral exploration and mining industry.

In 2020, PENDA Productions worked in collaboration with the PDAC team to create a guided motion graphics video outlining the nomination process and how to participate in time for the annual submission deadline. This included designing visuals to accompany and highlight the video script, guiding viewers through the nomination process, outlining the requirements for submission, and directing to sources for more information.

This motion graphics video was created to be applicable each year and could be shared on a variety of digital platforms to advertise the yearly process.
