CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Ray has an advertising and graphic design major with a THINK BIG attitude. The pursuit to be an excellent graphic designer has led him to experience and learn in the field of design, print, and multimedia. He has a passion for design, motion design and a deep appreciation for nature, fine arts & film. A competitive nature and strong mentality makes him to believe that he could be a star athlete in any sport he chooses.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Robyn Abbott is the Operations Director for PENDA Productions Inc. Managing projects and developing business procedures for the video and animation production, design and communications teams. Robyn believes that organization and clear communication are fundamental to project success and client satisfaction. She has been recognized with the British Columbia Provincial Government award for Organization Excellence and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Business Administration Diploma in Accounting.

Victor Chew
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mining is part of Victor Chew’s DNA. Raised in Sudbury, with its strong history of mining, he was destined to work in the industry. His passion for telling the successful ESG stories that need to be told led to the creation of PENDA Productions, a company dedicated to the pursuit of that passion. Victor is a skilled media executive with over 20 years' experience assembling and leading expert teams specializing in video production for the resource industry. Victor and his team have created international award winning CSR videos and documentaries for many of the industry’s major players.
